Custom 6061 Aluminum Medical Equipment Components Manufactured with Multi-Axis Turn-Mill Machining

YS Precision specializes in CNC turn-mill machining for complex mechanical components used in medical equipment, diagnostic systems, and precision industrial applications.

For this project, YS Precision manufactured a custom 6061 aluminum housing component for diagnostic equipment based on the customer's engineering drawings.

Unlike conventional CNC machining processes, this component required an integrated turn-mill machining process to complete multiple features, including precision turning, milling, drilling, and multi-sided machining operations.

After machining, the housing was finished with fine sandblasting and natural anodizing to achieve a uniform appearance and durable surface protection.

Approximately 500 pieces were produced and exported to a customer in the Americas for diagnostic equipment applications.
