YS Precision is a professional custom metal and plastic parts manufacturer in China, providing CNC machining, injection molding and integrated manufacturing services for customers worldwide.

Our production capacity is supported by more than 100 machines. This includes nearly 50 five-axis CNC machining centers, 36 CNC lathes, four Swiss-type CNC machines, two turn-mill machining centers and more than 10 injection molding machines.

This equipment, combined with our experience in mold tooling, sheet metal fabrication, casting, rapid prototyping and surface finishing, enables us to support projects from early prototypes and small batches to volume production.

CNC Machining and Injection Molding Capacity

CNC Machining Capacity

CNC machining is one of our core manufacturing capabilities.

Five-axis CNC machining supports components with complex geometries, multiple machined surfaces and difficult-to-reach features. CNC lathes provide efficient production for round and rotational components, while Swiss-type and turn-mill machines are well suited to smaller, detailed parts requiring several machining operations.

We machine a broad range of metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium, ABS, PC, POM, PA, PMMA, PEEK, PEI and PTFE.

Injection Molding Capacity

Our injection molding equipment supports mold trials, initial production runs and volume manufacturing of custom plastic parts. Each molding project is evaluated according to the part design, material, tooling requirements, appearance standards, expected quantity and assembly needs.

With different types of equipment available, we can allocate suitable machines according to part geometry, material, tolerances and order quantity. This provides flexibility for individual prototypes, parallel production of multiple components and ongoing batch production.

Equipment capacity provides the production foundation. Process planning, machine selection, tooling, scheduling, in-process control and project follow-up help turn that capacity into consistent parts and reliable delivery.

From Prototypes to Volume Production

Our manufacturing services support customers at different stages of product development.

Early prototypes may be used to evaluate dimensions, appearance, assembly, material performance or function. Depending on the project, they can be produced through CNC machining, 3D printing, urethane casting, sheet metal fabrication or prototype injection molding.

After the design has been tested and approved, the project can progress to small-batch manufacturing, bridge production or volume production.

The most suitable process may change as quantities increase. CNC machining may remain appropriate for precision parts and flexible batch production, while injection molding, die casting or other tooling-based processes may become more economical at higher quantities.

We consider the part design, material, tooling investment, required quantity, production efficiency and anticipated demand when helping customers move from prototypes to production parts.

This allows customers to begin with the quantity they currently need while maintaining a practical path toward larger-scale production.

Technical Review and Quality Control

Reliable manufacturing begins before machining or mold production starts.

We review customers’ 2D drawings, 3D models and technical specifications to confirm the material, drawing revision, critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, quantity and assembly requirements.

If a feature may affect machining, molding, finishing or part fit, we discuss it with the customer before production whenever possible. Identifying potential issues early helps reduce unnecessary revisions and keeps production moving according to plan.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Quality checks are arranged according to the drawing, part geometry and manufacturing process and may include:
