Integrated Manufacturing and Supply Chain Solutions
Coordinated Manufacturing for Complex, Multi-Part Projects
A product may contain multiple custom parts made from different materials and produced through different manufacturing processes. Each component may have its own geometry, tolerance, surface finish and production requirements.
YS Precision provides integrated manufacturing solutions for complex, multi-part projects. Our practical knowledge of machining, molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication, rapid prototyping and surface finishing allows us to develop a suitable production route for each component and manage the project as a whole.
From engineering review and process planning to manufacturing, inspection, finishing and delivery, the complete project is coordinated through one YS Precision team.
Manufacturing Knowledge Across Different Processes
Different components require different manufacturing approaches.
Material, geometry, tolerance, quantity and intended use all influence how a part should be produced. A precision-machined metal component, molded plastic housing, silicone part or sheet metal structure cannot be evaluated in the same way.
Our experience across multiple manufacturing processes helps us compare practical production methods, identify potential risks and determine an appropriate route for each component.
Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
YS Precision brings together machining, molding, casting, sheet metal fabrication, rapid prototyping and surface finishing for custom metal, plastic and silicone parts.
Some projects require a single process, while others involve several materials, complex geometries and related components. We coordinate the required manufacturing operations according to the design, quantity and quality expectations of the complete project.
Engineering and Production Coordination
Before production, our team reviews the available drawings, materials, tolerances, surface finishes and estimated quantities. When several components are related, important mating dimensions and assembly requirements are also considered.
Once the production plan has been confirmed, we manage drawing revisions, manufacturing progress and secondary operations according to the approved project requirements. This keeps different parts and processes aligned throughout production.
Project-Based Quality Control
Quality requirements vary between precision components, appearance parts, molded products and finished assemblies.
Inspection is arranged according to the function, manufacturing process and drawing requirements of each part. Critical dimensions, threads, mating areas, surface condition and finishes can be checked at appropriate production stages and before shipment.
When related components must fit or function together, trial fitting or light assembly can also be arranged.
From Prototype to Volume Production
YS Precision supports projects from prototypes and initial batches to low-volume, medium-volume and volume production.
As production quantities increase, the most suitable manufacturing method may change. A part initially produced through CNC machining, 3D printing or vacuum casting may later move to injection molding, die casting or another tooling-based process.
We review the design, expected quantity, tooling requirements and quality expectations before recommending a change in production method. This helps maintain important dimensions, finishes and functional requirements as the project develops.
Multi-Part and Multi-Material Projects
Integrated manufacturing is particularly valuable when a project contains several custom components made from different materials.
A product may combine machined aluminum parts, stainless steel components, plastic housings, silicone parts, sheet metal structures and finished exterior components. Although each part follows its own production route, the components must ultimately fit and function together.
YS Precision manages these requirements as one connected project, helping maintain consistent drawing revisions, coordinated production schedules and clear quality expectations.
One Project Team from Review to Delivery
Customers can provide available 2D drawings, 3D models, material specifications, estimated quantities, surface finish requirements and relevant assembly information.
YS Precision reviews the complete part package, plans a suitable manufacturing route for each component and coordinates production, inspection, finishing, packaging and delivery.
With experience across multiple materials and manufacturing processes, we help customers complete complex custom part projects through one responsible project team.
