Custom 6061-T6 Aluminum Components with Complex Multi-Sided Machining and High Surface Finish Requirements

For this project, YS Precision manufactured a custom 6061-T6 aluminum vacuum chamber based on the customer's engineering drawings.
The component featured a complex freeform structure, deep cavity areas, and multiple machining surfaces that required advanced 5-axis CNC machining technology to achieve accurate geometry and consistent quality.
After machining, the chamber received natural anodizing without sandblasting to maintain a high-quality machined surface appearance.
Approximately 500 pieces were produced and exported to a European customer for industrial equipment applications.
