However, when the required quantity is limited, traditional injection molding may not be the most economical solution due to the high upfront tooling cost.

This project was a custom POM component manufactured for an overseas electronic product customer. With only 50 pieces required for the initial production stage, CNC machining provided a faster and more flexible solution compared with injection molding.
