This project included multiple aluminum components manufactured for a U.S. automation equipment customer. The parts were produced from 6082-T6 aluminum alloy, then finished with fine sandblasting and black anodizing to achieve a durable industrial surface.
With a production quantity of approximately 30 sets, CNC machining offered the customer a flexible solution for low-volume manufacturing without the need for expensive tooling.
