Custom CNC Machining
This project involved manufacturing a custom CNC machined aluminum mounting plate for an automation equipment application.
The customer provided the 3D CAD model and 2D drawing, and required a stable production solution for a batch of approximately 800 pieces.
The component was machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an overall size of around 320 × 280 mm. The design includes a large mounting surface, multiple mounting holes, recessed areas, and machined features used for equipment assembly.
After CNC machining, the parts were finished with 150# fine sand blasting and natural anodizing to achieve a consistent industrial appearance and surface protection.
The finished mounting plates were inspected and shipped to the Middle East for integration into automation equipment.
