This project involved manufacturing a custom CNC machined 7075 aluminum linkage arm for an industrial automation mechanism.
The component is designed as a motion transfer part, connecting different sections of an automated system through precision pivot points.
Manufactured from 7075 aluminum, the linkage arm combines lightweight design with high mechanical strength, making it suitable for applications where weight reduction and structural rigidity are both important.
Based on customer-provided design requirements, the component was CNC machined with precision bore features and finished with natural anodizing without sand blasting to maintain the machined aluminum appearance.
With an approximate size of 310 × 85 mm, around 60 pieces were produced, inspected, and exported to Israel.
