This custom aluminum CNC turned part is manufactured for general machinery and supplied to a customer in the United States. The component measures approximately 30 × 10 mm, with critical dimensions specified to ±0.05 mm.

This is a made-to-drawing CNC machined part, not a standard fastener. Dimensions, thread requirements and other functional features are manufactured according to the customer's engineering drawing.
The round body is well suited to CNC lathe machining. Turning the outside diameter and end faces is relatively straightforward.
The side M4 thread adds two additional operations: cross drilling and tapping.
