Based on the customer's 2D drawings and 3D CAD model, the component was produced using 5-axis CNC machining to maintain the relationship between multiple reference surfaces and functional features.
The fixture size is approximately 180 × 120 × 72 mm, with a production quantity of around 700 pieces.
After CNC machining, the parts received fine sand blasting and black anodizing before inspection and shipment to Israel.
